Reiki Healing Experience
Reiki healing allows us to connect to our inner light. While connecting to our light it brings us to higher levels of consciousness creating a breaking apart of old stagnant energy that no longer serves us. During this experience we fill ourselves with fresh new energy that inspires a love of life and a love for oneself.
Sound Bath w/ Sara
Enter a relaxing state as Sara T leads you through a sound bath session.
Bathing in sound (being surrounded by sound) is known to be a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase focus and clarity.
